The Information Communications Group, formerly known as Metro Message Services, Inc., has been providing responsible and accurate messaging services in and around Kansas City for over 30 years. We began on Labor Day in 1986 with just five clients. Those original clients, with the exception of one retiree, continue to use our services today.

We are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you join us as a new client, we learn as much as we can about your organization so that we can accurately and professionally speak for you.
Our company has several different divisions to meet your varying business communication needs, and we are always incorporating new technology into our systems to give our clients more efficient service.
Although Telephone Answering Service was and still is our core business, we have added Level One and Two Customer Support, Outbound Business to Business Surveys, Order Taking, Fulfillment of Orders, Email Management, and Appointment Setting to our menu of services to better serve our clients’ needs.
